Join us on June 18 for our latest breakfast forum that will examine the importance of Indigenous culture in shaping Canada’s story—in sports, entertainment, music, tourism, campaigns and beyond–and why sponsorship marketing presents opportunity for all stakeholders. While interest and intent are growing, many in the industry are still asking: How do we build authentic, lasting relationships with Indigenous communities? Where do we begin? How can it impact our business?

This session is about turning that curiosity into meaningful connections. You’ll hear from Indigenous leaders and industry experts on how sponsorship marketing can become a tool for storytelling, empowerment and community-building—not just visibility.

Together, we’ll explore how to move from inspiration to action, and how we can collaborate in ways that are respectful, impactful and rooted in shared success.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Why incorporating Indigenous voices is essential to authentic Canadian storytelling

  • How sponsorships can support Indigenous events, creators, athletes, entrepreneurs and communities

  • What “meaningful engagement” looks like—and how to avoid performative approaches

  • Examples of partnerships that uplift Indigenous culture while delivering business value
